Set personal data

Previous pageReturn to chapter overviewNext page

More often than not, when a template is copied into the Editor most branches responsible for filling out fields are already preset. If you do not remember how this is done go to watch the first of several Video Lessons. It is very likely that in the template copied to the Editor you will have to configure the password. To do this create a Get--Macros branch above the password and confirmation for it, and insert into the macro field on Element Properties Panel a random text generating macro, for example. Then, in the password and its confirmation entry branch insert a macro link (?) to the branch with the password you just created.

You should not insert as password and its confirmation random text generating macros as they will give out random texts, which means that the password and its confirmation will not correspond to each other.

In the 'Personal Data' section of the Macros Builder you will find a variety of interesting macros to be used to generate personal data, i.e. first and last names, a nickname, etc.

To insert a year, use a macro generating a random number within a specified range.

If you want to surf URL's extracted from a file use a macro extracting a text from the file and then insert the result (a macro link) into the Set--WebBrowser branch and select 'Go to URL' in the drop-down list on the Element Properties Panel.
