Program will not start

Symptoms:

A small window appears with a message that you do not have the license.

Reasons:

Your license has expired

Solution(s):

If you use a Demo version, then your trial period (30 days) has expired. If you purchased the program, contact our Support Team.


Symptoms:

A large window with an error message appears.

Reasons:

Some of the components vital for the proper functioning of the program have not been installed.

Solution(s):

Install Net Framework (version 3.5 or higher) and Internet Explorer (version no lower than 7).

All these programs can be downloaded from the website of Microsoft.


Symptoms:

The program used to start ok, then something happened and now it will not start.

Reasons:

Part of the program is stuck in the processes due to incorrect exit.

Solution(s):

Reboot your computer or find this process through the Task Manager and terminate it.
