Symptoms:

The fact of pressing a button on a web page is recorded in the template but the actual jump to the next page does not occur.

Reasons:

You have probably never opened Internet Explorer before (this can be the case when a dedicated server is purchased).

Solution(s):

Open Internet Explorer and press the send button in any POST parameters sending form (in other words, do the same thing as you did in ProjectMaker). A window will pop up containing a warning that sending POST parameters is not safe. Tick in the 'never ask again' checkbox and confirm the dispatch.

Symptoms:

In the ordinary browser everything is fine, the issue is with ProjectMaker.

Reasons:

There's no internet connection.

Solution(s):

Disable your anti-virus temporarily (and a firewall, if any) and try again. If after this the program functions as needed, add the program into the trusted applications list of your anti-virus. There can be hidden anti-viruses that are supplied together with video card, network interface card and mother board drivers - look for those in the processes and installed programs.

Reasons:

The following line appears in the address bar: res://ieframe.dll/dnserror.htm or something very similar to this

Reasons:

There is no connection with dns server.

Solution(s):

If you are working through a proxy this message often occurs when you have a bad connection with it.

Or you could simply repeat the steps described above.

If this occurs. Simply erase these actions when editing the template.
