1.	The creation and configuration of rules are very similar to those of filters.

To create a new rule pass to the "Rules" tab and click the "New" button:

A new rule will emerge at the assembly panel:

rule_panel_create

Drag the required components there and configure them in the "Component properties" panel:

rule_edit

As soon as the components are set press the "Save" button:

rule_save_button

and enter a rule's name

rule_save_name

The rule will appear in the list of rules:

rule_list

The saved rule can be modified or deleted later by pressing the corresponding buttons on the top of the "Rules" window.
