SOURCE - a web page or file on a user's hard disc where proxy lists are located.

Regular expressions for parsing proxies - each source has a list containing its related structures of regular expressions. Each structure defines expressions used to search for proxies in the text, downloaded from the source. (Roughly speaking, these are the regular expressions, which parse proxy from the source).

LABELS - it is possible to set a list of labels for each source, i.e. each proxy of this source will be marked by these labels. Later on these proxies can be selected using specially configured rules.
